Origins
TiE is a global networking and mentoring organization for professionals with explicit interest in entrepreneurship and the creation of new enterprises. From its modest beginnings in Silicon Valley in 1992, TiE has now evolved into an active, vibrant organization comprising thousands of members and 31 chapters in the U.S., Canada, India, Pakistan, the U.K. and Singapore.
